message

Hello everybody, my name is Marco Albrizio, I teach Piano and Methodology of instrumental teaching at the Conservatory of Perugia. I recorded the complete cycle of Mozart's Piano Sonatas and I'm going to finish the same complete cycle of Schubert's for the English record label Sheva Collection.

I will be happy to help you in piano learning at any level, from inception to the construction of pieces of the piano repertoire from Bach to the composers of the twentieth century. For more advanced level students, I can help to structure a program for a concert or an exam and follow the development of the study of the piano pieces until its completion.

My teaching method involves first of all the definition of the fingering of the pieces, then their progressive construction looking for the linearity of the execution at the most comfortable speed possible for the performer. The progression of the speed of execution must follow the natural progress of assimilation without giving pre-established metronome tempos. At the same time the indications of a phraseological and dynamic order will be followed, as well as focusing attention on the methods of studying the more difficult passages.

The lessons will have a frequency chosen by the student and will last one hour.
I look forward to seeing you soon!
