Here are the steps from choosing a teacher to taking your first lesson. New to online lessons? We will help you get started 😊
Step 1: Choose your instrument and teacher
Choose the instrument you want to learn, then explore teachers’ profiles and videos to get a feel for their lessons. On your chosen teacher’s page, select a lesson option near the top.
Step 2: Choose a lesson option
- 🌱 A free booking request.
- 🎵 A single lesson, from ¥4,000. Prices and lesson lengths vary by teacher.
- 🔁 A monthly plan with 4, 8 or 12 lessons, where offered.
Teachers offer their own monthly plans and discounts. Check each teacher’s page for current prices and conditions. You can start with one lesson or choose a regular plan that suits you.
Step 3: Request a date and time
Choose a suitable date and time from the calendar 📅 You can also specify your preferred time when submitting a free booking request.
Step 4: Confirm the time and connect with your teacher on LINE
After purchasing a lesson or sending a booking request, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your lesson time is not yet confirmed at this point.
We will contact you again to confirm the time or discuss an alternative. If the time needs to change, please let us know when you are available.
Once the lesson time is agreed, we will send you a link to connect with your teacher on LINE. This makes future communication and lesson reminders easier 😊
Step 5: Try a lesson, then continue with a monthly plan if you wish ✨
You are welcome to start with one lesson. If the teacher and lesson style suit you, you can switch to a regular monthly plan, with discounts where offered. Regular practice helps you build skills and stay motivated.
Step 6: Managing a monthly plan
You can cancel a monthly subscription from your account at any time. Payments already made are not refundable. Unused lessons may be transferred to another teacher or instrument. Please contact us by LINE or email so our staff can guide you through the available arrangements.
