An active cellist who travels the world, Manab is passionate about education and is an excellent instructor. He's also deeply committed to volunteering in various countries.
He loves Japan and has visited 40 times, saying reassuringly, "Even if students don't understand English at all during lessons, they eventually start speaking." He provides gentle guidance in cello and English.
Graduated with honors from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's cello department, obtaining a Bachelor of Music. With over 20 years as a professional cellist and over 12 years as a cello instructor, Manab has a wealth of experience and achievements.

Started playing cello while attending Oxford Mission School in Kolkata, India. Participated in concert tours to Southeast Asian countries with the Asia Youth Orchestra as the first cellist from India.

Received scholarships to study at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Glasgow. Graduated with honors from the cello department and obtained a Bachelor of Music. Completed a Master of Music from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, USA.

Based in the UK, Manab has performed in concerts and served as a member of quartets and orchestras in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Japan, and India. He has continued his cello performance and teaching activities for over 20 years around the world, including in the UK, various European countries, the USA, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea, Nepal, Laos, and India.

He also travels extensively for projects supporting the development of musicians, such as supporting activities at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's Youth Music Centre and music outreach projects for underprivileged children.

I am very passionate about teaching, I love and enjoy teaching. I was brought up in a boarding school, I didn’t get all the training in my early age, but I worked hard to catch up when I got opportunities studying in abroad. I have realized music learning was a very important roll in my early age, although I was given cello at the of 12.
Music learning gave me confidence, helped me understood different cultures traveling different countries.
Present days, there are many difficulties for young people, because mobile and video games… I as a teaching feel that, every young people must be given an opportunity to try learning music, it can make a big difference.
I am a very easy going person, I love encouraging people to learnt music. I definitely feel music can change this world. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
